INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 2 inch piece Lebanese cucumber
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- Juice of ¼ lemon
- ½ cup milk of choice
- ½ cup water
- 4-5 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
