INGREDIENTS
- 120g Rocket
- 4 Love Beets Organic Cooked Beets, sliced into wedges
- ⅓ cup chopped hazelnuts
- ⅓ cup crumbled goat cheese
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp agave nectar
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic, rocket, salt and pepper
- Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl and toss with dressing, or serve on the side.
