INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen diced zucchini
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 frozen ripe bananas
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Splash of milk of choice
- Suggested Toppings: Fresh Berries, Granola, Peanut Butter, Coconut Shreds, Chia Seeds
DIRECTIONS
- Add all smoothie ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor and blend for 3-5 minutes, or until smooth and creamy
- Transfer to your two favourite bowls and top with suggested toppings, or your other fave toppings! Serve immediately and enjoy!
