Green Smoothie Bowl

Preparation: 5 minutes

Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of Kale and Spinach Mix
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1/2 Mango cut into small chunks
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup almond milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place the kale and spinach, banana, mango and avocado in a blender. Add the almond milk as needed. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and then top with fresh fruit and granola of your choosing.
