INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 sprig rosemary
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup mozzarella
- 1 packet Garlic & Herb Love Potatoes, thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a large bowl, mix the flour and Greek yoghurt until it comes together. Then tip out onto a floured surface and knead the dough for 2 minutes with your hands. Dust a rolling pin with flour and roll out the dough to fit your pizza tray (should be between 5-10mm thick).
- Brush the dough with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and top with mozzarella. Spread the thinly sliced Love Potatoes around the base and then drizzle with remaining oil and roughly chopped rosemary.
- Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing.
